Fall for Greenville is a big festival in downtown Greenville that features food, beer/wine, and music. It is the same weekend as our wedding!! They close Main Street for the entire weekend. Pros: NINE hotels within walking distance of wedding venue, free fun all weekend, 80 restaurant booths to try! Con: Traffic challenges (stay close to Avenue). Due to the Fall for Greenville festival (fallforgreenville.net), we highly encourage you stay within walking distance of our wedding venue (Avenue, 110 E Court Street). We will have FREE RESERVED PARKING at the wedding if you decide to drive. But please give yourself extra time for traffic, we would hate for you to miss our vows. There is no hotel block, as there are 9 hotels within walking distance to the Saturday wedding and Sunday brunch. (See the Travel Section of our site). (Note that the Fall for Greenville website may have special room rates that are cheaper than you can get directly from the hotel). Yes, the venue (Avenue) offers reserved, free parking for us on October 10, 2026. Please see the photo section for a diagram showing parking and entry into Avenue.

If you stay downtown (near the venue), you should not need your car all weekend. Pedestrian access is not restricted. Main Street and many side streets are closed to vehicle traffic. Please use Google Maps, Waze or apps to navigate around street closures. The apps know which streets are closed.

Yes, the brunch is free for our guests, we just wanted another excuse to see everyone. It is from 10-12 at the Grand Bohemian Lodge, 44 E. Camperdown Way, downtown Greenville. The Lodge itself is a cool place to experience, it's on the Reedy River falls and it's where we got engaged. Please make sure to RSVP for the brunch if you are coming so we have enough food!

The ceremony and reception are in the same place, on the 6th floor (rooftop) of Avenue. It is an indoor/outdoor combined space, so if the weather is nice, our ceremony will be outside. Don't be late, or blink though, as the ceremony will be a short 15 minutes. As for attire, think anywhere from cocktail attire to dressy casual. We mostly just want everyone to be comfortable and have fun!
